Rentgine
Rentgine is a car rental management software for car rental businesses. The software keeps track of the company's fleet and contracts and manages customers and car rentals. There is increasing pressure to keep up with the challenges of the digital age, but it is just as important to serve customers' needs. So with over a decade of experience in car rental software development, our team started developing Rentgine to create a profitable, easy-to-use product for car rental companies that can be integrated into different business models.
Hydra
Unified GIS-based city-management software solution for Szeged (3rd biggest city in Hungary) that consists of several modules such as vehicle tracking for the Waste Management and for the City Operation Divisions, maintenance of public spaces, and handling HR functions as well.
Jobos
Custom software solution based on EasyApp ERP for a student employment agency. Highlights of the software include database management, payroll management, reports to tax authorities, document management, workflow module, and website integration with login opportunities for individual candidates enabling them to access and edit their preferences, legal and tax documents.
Document Management System for Local Councils
Developing a complex solution that supports municipal legislative processes like the creation of various legal documents, regulations and decisions. Besides handling the legal processes the software supports the daily operation of the council enabling users to organize committee and board meetings, follow the agenda, generate minutes. The solution also includes contract management module and a public information system.
Ticket Sales
Specialized ticket sales system for sports events and other seated events. Initially, the software was used by the Hungarian Handball Federation to sell Final4 tickets. However, later it was enriched with several new features to enable the sale of tickets for several national matches.
The system also supports multi-day events, season ticket sales, box office ticket sales, online ticket sales, and entry.
TigerWMS
The project aimed to create a system that helps waste management companies to handle their processes, such as waste recycling, disposal, and stock management. The software also helps to manage the production and sales of secondary raw materials. The system has integrated options to communicate with our Hydra application and several ERP/Accounting software.
TigerWMS Waste Yard
An additional web module of the TigerWMS system. The system is linked to the residents' register so that the yard manager can check whether the resident can make a waste deposit, the status of his contract and whether he has an active suspension.
Service Desk
Software for an IT operations company replaced the Helpdesk system we had developed previously. In addition to the previous functions, the software has been extended with more operation support tools. Furthermore, business management modules such as CRM, HR, and sales support have been added to this system.
Babylon ATS
Tailor-made Application Tracking System to support the recruitment of professionals and interns. An end-to-end solution that handles the application process, document management, generates CVs, and follows up placements and travel arrangements.
Testamentum
Funeral management software that covers the processes related to funerals and sales processes. The program supports daily work with various other modules such as invoicing, document management, and inventory management.
E-Procurement
A procurement system based on the EasyApp framework. You can set up procurement processes in the software with multi-level approval and quote management. In addition, procurement requests can be tracked through to project closure and accounting.
Isaca CPE
A custom solution for the ISACA Budapest Chapter in Hungary, based on the EasyApp framework. The chapter manages its events in this system, where members can collect CPE credits. The software credits the points at the events by reading the members' NFC membership cards. Members can also log into the application, check their credits, and download certificates.
Hydra Public Space Maintenance
A web-based extension to the Green Cadastre module of Hydra software. The application supports administrative tasks related to public space works.
ITSecure Helpdesk
Ticketing software for an IT operations company. In the system, the company keeps track of its customers' hardware and software licenses. In addition, the users can create worksheets and track their hours spent on tasks and worksheets.
Tiger ATS
Applicant database management software to help recruitment agencies. In addition to the candidate database, the system also supports the management of partners and projects.
Marmy WRS
Custom-built ERP software for a sanitary trade and manufacturing company.
FÖRI Inventory
Custom software for the Metropolitan Municipality Law Enforcement Directorate to support inventory management processes for officers' clothing and equipment. It manages the purchases and expenses related to clothing and equipment. The software also tracks different types of forms and assists in producing and purchasing these serially numbered forms.
Kertrendező
A tailor-made solution for landscaping and gardening companies based on EasyApp ERP. The system supports tasks and workflows related to designing, constructing, and maintaining gardens, parks, and public spaces. A complementary mobile application supports on-site work.
ITSecure Hosted Control Panel
An administration application for Hosted Exchange and Sharepoint, where customers can manage the services they request and rent. The invoicing of periodic fees from the system is automated and integrated with the accounting module of the company's ERP system.
Trade Union Member Registry
A member registry system for the Hungarian Military Trade Union, based on the EasyApp framework. The union uses this software to manage membership fees and initiate direct debit orders.
Optical network registry system
The software was developed for a medium-sized domestic telecom operator. The system enables the spatial and diagrammatic registration and analysis of the company's optical network.
Avalon Online
Avalon Online is a custom web application for a domestic car rental company. The software keeps track of the company's fleet and manages customers and car rentals. Rental contracts are stored in the application, and a calendar view shows the reservation status of the vehicles.
Csempebox Online
Custom web-based software for a sanitary retail company with CRM and sales functionality.
Direct Center CRM
Custom CRM software for a telecommunications installation and distribution company. The software supports customer management and the scheduling of tasks and activities.
Condominium Manager
Workflow management software and document management for a condominium management company. The software supports the management of renovation works, residents' meetings, and other processes related to condominium management, as well as the delegation of related tasks between the company's employees, community representatives, and any subcontractors.
Salzgitter AG webshop
Webshop frontend developed for Salzgitter Mannesmann Metal Trade Ltd. The webshop was developed taking into account the individual characteristics of the metal trade. In the background, it is connected to the company's ERP system.
